At the same time we aim to start a movement, encouraging more people to help the needy, and to promote the mindset of helping those who need it most.
Spread the Love
We hope that love and care can pass through all corners of our community to reach those in need, creating a positive atmosphere that enhances society, and consequently creating a more peaceful Taiwan.

凱昇基金會藉由開設免費課程讓弱勢家庭孩子有更多學習的機會，本基金會聘僱優質外語教師，利用小朋友喜愛及有興趣的才藝課程融入學習，以最自然的成效達成無障礙的外語學習環境。
